We collect your personal data / special categories of personal data that you voluntarily transmit to us – in particular as part of a request for an offer, a contact request, or in the context of other contract initiation. The personal data provided and transmitted by you are in particular master data, contact data (such as name, address, date of birth, etc.) as well as communication data (such as e-ail addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) and health data in the use of the “Medilogic Technology for position analysis”.

    3.1. We transfer your personal data to the in point 4.1 mentioned purposes to external service providers, including advertising companies (such as printing companies, advertising companies, etc.), public or state bodies (in particular interest groups, legal representatives, tax consultants), insurance companies, assembly partners, third parties involved in business transactions, various subcontractors or professionals and internal business departments that process the data exclusively on our behalf and only in accordance with our instructions.


  1. 3.2. Your data will not be passed on or sold to third parties for advertising purposes outside of our company. The transfer of data to third parties only serves to provide the information uses mentioned in point 4.1.

    4.1. We use your personal data for the following purposes:


∙ Provision of services and features (Alpenglow Pilates uses the information collected to carry out, personalize, maintain and improve their products and services)

∙ Customer service (Alpenglow Pilates uses the recorded information, in particular, to send specific information, for personal advice, to send questionnaires, and also for statistical evaluations)

∙ Internal purposes (in particular to manage customer, client, (sub)contractor, and supplier data)

∙ Various marketing, research, and development purposes (Alpenglow Pilates can use the information it collects, in particular for tests, research, analyses, and statistics)

Failure to provide or delete your personal data has the consequence, among other things, that the contractual relationship is terminated and no further services can be provided.

    5.1. The determination of the duration of the storage of your personal data is based on the following criteria: duration of the contractual relationship or 7 years after the end of the financial year in which the data was generated and beyond, to assert or defend against any claims.

    6.1. You have the statutory right to request information about your personal data stored by us at any time. If your data is incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant, we will correct or delete it upon request. We cannot delete your data if there is a statutory retention requirement, e.g. the accounting obligation, or if other legal reasons require the retention of the data. You also have the right to rectification, restriction of processing, a right to object to processing, and, if provided by law, a right to data portability. You can also withdraw your consent to the use of your data at any time. The processing of your personal data remains lawful until you withdraw your consent.

    6.2. Kate Cede Pilates will notify you immediately in the event of a breach of the protection of personal data, provided that the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms.

    6.3. According to Art. 77 DSGVO you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your place of residence, your place of work, or the place of the alleged violation.
