Membership Plans: in full, before the planned start date.
There are no refunds or exchanges.
There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, or the payment is due in full. Alpenglow Pilates respects your time and we ask that you do the same for us. Short notice cancellations mean the training time is left empty and that affects training for the rest of our amazing clients and our bottom line too.
7. Zoom Sessions
Once a payment has been received, you will be sent a payment confirmation including the Zoom training link & Zoom calendar link for your training session. Training sessions purchased as Zoom training sessions are not exchangeable with Studio or Equipilates training sessions.
8. Missed Classes
We understand that things come up and you may miss a class, therefore, we include the Online Membership free of charge with all other Membership plans. We believe it's good to have options. That's why we created our Zoom Online Pilates Group Matwork Training. Available as a distance membership or Plan B if you can't make your In-Studio session. Away for work or vacation, no problem! Just jump into the evening Online Matt Class and get your sweat on!
